there's a "4f" in the way... let's move it... we need to subtract "4f" from both sides:

The "v" and "f" are different... that would be like trying to subtract "9 sandwiches minus 4 footballs" to try to get some sort of 5 sandwich-footballs... it doesn't make sense.

You're close when you get to kn = 9v - 4f

The only stuff still wrapping up your "n" term is that "k" in front of it. So "k multiplied by n" is the problem... we need to divide both sides by "k" to get rid of that "k".

kn = 9v - 4f
kn/k = (9v-4f) / k

so n = (9v-4f)/k
