OpenStudy (anonymous):

can someone help me with my algebra homework

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

ok

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

sure :)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

Let the no. of boys be \(x\).then, no. of girls according to ur question=\(2(x)+16\)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

therefore g=2b+16 is the answer :)

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

do u want to solve these?

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

find the value of 'x' from one of the equation. x-2y=14 x=14+2y put the value in the next equation 14+2y+3y=9

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

14+5y=9 5y=9-14 5y=-5 y=-1 & put this value in (x=14+2y) t gt the exact value of 'x' .

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

@jj2cool101 :)

Parth (parthkohli):

why

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

I gt the value of y=-1 then i said u to put the value in the equation of x to gt the value of x. at that time i meant x=14+2y x=14+2(-1) x=14+(-2) x=14-2 x=12 therefore,(-1,12)ans.

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

try to solve this through the last one's concept it is very easy ;)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

Cry= T_T

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

try to find the value of x from one of the equation @jj2cool101 :)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

now i ill guide u , ok ??

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

try to find the value of 'x' from one of the equation :)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

@jj2cool101 :)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

|dw:1351171762766:dw|

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

no that's nt correct :(

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

ok !

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

let us find the value of 'x' from one of the equation 2x+y=1 2x=1-y x=\(\Large\frac{1-y}{2}\)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

aaargh........can u plz tell me what's ur question why r u putting other questions when ur first question hasn't simplified ??????????????????????????????????????????????????

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

but u r nt giving me time now let us come to the point

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

as we gt the value of x as \(\Large{\frac{1-y}{2}}\). now find the value of y from the next equation 4+2y=-2 2y=-2-4 2y=-6 y=-6/2=-3

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

as we gt the value of y as -3 put these value in the equation \(\Large{\frac{1-y}{2}}\) to gt the exact value of x i.e; \(\Huge{x=\frac{1-(-3)}{2}\implies {-4\over2}=-2}\) hence, x=-2 & y=-3. now learn the concept i teached u & don't ask similar questions again & again this site is homework helper site not homework completing :)
