Well, for reason 3. It's definitely vertical angles are congruent but for reason 2. Can we like state a theorem? Or not? Because I wasn't allowed to do so in some proofs.

Great :) So, I think reason 2. You can say that if two lines are parallel and they are cut by a tranversal then corresponding angles are congruent.

And also we can say in reason 4. the same thing but instead of corresponding we say alternate
