find a general linear formand the slope-intercept form of the given equation
5x-2y=10

2.find if possible ,the slope and y-intercept of the straight line determined by the equation,and sketch the graph.
x-9=5y+3.

for perpendicular, parallel or neither...
if two lines are parallel, slopes must be equal.
If two lines are perpendicular, slopes must be negative inverse of each other.
