Someone please help me with perpendicular, parallel lines..

OpenStudy (ammarah):

y= 4x-3 y=-4x-3

OpenStudy (ammarah):

Would this be perpendicular?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

the slope intercept of a straight line is y = mx + b parallel lines have the same slope. Perpendicular lines have slopes that multiply to -1. So if the slope of a line is m, the slope of the perpendicular is -1/m

OpenStudy (ammarah):

thankyou, can u help me with another problem?
