But also, there can be a two-minute window where this is possible. If it persists longer than that, then there is a definite issue. Otherwise, it's not a huge concern for us at the moment.

I just noticed this right now, it's been showing @agent_sniffles being offline on the front page of the Feedback group for about two hours.

The system needs to register that they're offline and remove them from the list.

No glitch, no bug, just normal stuff.
