After doing a quick google search and coming up with nothing, I want to ask: After taking and finishing the 6.00x course, what can I expect to be able to do with what I've learned? Specifically, what kind/level of complexity of programs will I be able to make? I ultimately want to make an iPhone/Android game, maybe something along the lines of bejeweled. Will I have the concepts I need to make something like this or will I have to further my education (I plan to study more anyway, I just want an idea of where I'll be at at the end of the course). Thanks!

I also want to add that I realize that Android/iPhone apps are written in a different language. I'm concerned specifically about the CONCEPTS that I've learned, and if that will apply when I transfer what I know into making a game.

6.00x is just introductory. It should expose you to the concepts in computing you will need for more advanced programming like what you are referring too, but it is insufficient to let you develop a sophisticated app. You will definitely need to continue your studies to get to the level you want, as will I.
