You will need to use the Hardy Weinburg equation. \[1 = p^2 + 2pq + q^2\] where p^2 is the frequency of the dominant homozygous individuals, 2pq is the frequency of heterozygotes and q^2 is the frequency of recessive homozygous individuals in the total population.
