from x =6 to x=-1 ... what's that a change of?
count it off on a number line...
that's your run... rise is the change in y from y=3 to y=-4 ... what's that a change of? rise/run is the slope of the line...also called 'm' find m and use it in y= mx +b along with one of your points to find 'b'
