this function has no minimum because its a parabola opening downward. To find the maximum, take the derivative (-2x+3) and set it equal to zero (thats will b the x cordinate). The domain is from - infinity to +infinity, and the range is from -infinity to the y value you get when you plug the x coordinate from the maximum into the original equation
