\[(12x-1)(6x-1)(4x-1)(3x-1)=5\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dont open foil

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(24x^2-10x+1)(24x^2-15x+1)=5\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let\[x^2-10x+1=b\] so\[b(b-5x)=5\] \[b^2-5xb-5=0\]

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

Give expanding what you had about.. then you can factor it and treat it as three different equations to solve for x.... http://screencast.com/t/roV3pAPBjvSW

what happened to 5 RHS

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):
