The function given by f(x) =0.5sin2x has an amplitude that is twice the function of g(x) =sin x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

looks likeits half the amp of g(x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha, sorry, it was a true or false question...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do i justify it though?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

amplitude twice of sinx = 2 sin x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

amp of f is 0,5 amp of g is 1 so 1=2(0,5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ahh okay, thanks guys! :)
