secant of (13pi)/2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

13pi/2 is the same as pi/2 right? (2pi = 4pi/2) 12pi/2 = the same as 2pi. SO the secant of pi/2) will be the same as the secant of 13pi/2 OK? and the secant is the reciprocal of the cosine. What is the cosine of pi/2?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cosine of pi/2 is 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and the reciprocal of that because we need the secant, will be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that would just be 1/0 which is undefined right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right on:-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k! good luck with it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):
