4.47 If you use the distance formula between two points, then you will find that the distance between O(0,0) and G(2,-4) Distance Formula = Square Root[(x2-x1)^2 - (y2-y1)^2] Put the values for x1,x2, y1, and y2. So, we have = Square Root[(2-0)^2 + (-4-0)^2] Which is, Square Root[4 + 16] = Square Root[20] = 4.47 So, it is D.
