Which point is a solution to the following system of inequalities? x+3y<5 2x-5y≥10 (–1, 1) (1, 1) (2, –1) (3, –1)

Substitute each of the x coordinates for x, and each of the y coordinates. The clear place to start is with the second equation because you need something greater than 10. The 3 in the x coordinate allows you to have 6 and then the double negative takes it to 11. These are the only coordinates that satisfy the second eqn, so it is D.
