cubic graph that falls to the left, rises to the right, and has a y intercept of 3 do you know why?

no i dnt

First off, the easiest part. The y-intercept is the value of y when x = 0. This is clearly 3. Also, since the coefficient of x^3 is positive, it starts from the negatives and goes up. Thus, we have the answer that @etemplin gave.
