Do you know of Khan Academy? They have short videos and practice exercises. All levels of math.

That's ok, it does not matter what level. The Khan site is good for all levels, below high school and above.

This site is good if you have questions, but if you just want practice and exercises, I like Khan Academy better.

oh, you may have trouble with the videos then.

They show how to work math problems, but it is in English. So, if you can watch and learn, that is great :)

The videos are YouTube videos. There are various software tools to download YouTube video, or just watch online. The math practice on Khan is online only, no download.
