You need to calibrate a sprayer. The boom is 3 m wide (sprayed length is 3 m). You drive the sprayer for 100 m and find that the water in the spray tank has declined by 50 litres How much water will the sprayer deliver per hectare to the nearest litre? Answer= litres

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

the area sprayed = 3 * 100 = 300 m and volume used is 50 litres how many sq metros in a hectare?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

i googled it = 10,000 sq metres so its proportional: 300 sq m uses 50 litres so 10,000 wil use........ can you figure this out?
