To use your graphing calculator, I assume you need equations to graph.

You need to express the word problem as two line equations, then graph them... the point where the lines intersect is the number of hours for which the costs are the same.

So you could write that as an equation where "y" is the total cost, and "x" is the number of hours:    y = 2.25x + 24
