Which of these is an example of a final good? A. wood B. steel C. needle

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

hahaha... What?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u help

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

The question does not make sense.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think the needle is, because final good is the final product of manufacture.

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

nevermind it does... but this shouldn't be in math,

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

A final good or service is one that is delivered to the end consumer. An example would be an apple you buy at the grocery store for your own consumption. There was a farmer who produced that apple, and then sold it to a wholesaler, who then sold it to a retailer (your grocery store), who then sold it to you. Only when you bought it did it become a final good.

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

So I would go with needle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ummm it is math hunn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i put steel because its final.. u can break down all those other stuff

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

How is steel in its final state?? Steel is broken down into thousands of products for the consumer, for example, NEEDLES are made from stainless steel or carbon steel... Not sure why I bothered helping you when you don't take my input into consideration.
