What are the zeros of f(x) = x3 + 6x2 + 3x – 10 ? –2, 1, 5 2, –1, –5 –2, 1, –5 –2, –1, –5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would solve it this way. If x is a zero of P(x) then P(x) = 0.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how would i do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I will test 2 and -2 first. Whichever gives zero when plugged into the function is "zero" of the function.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh, each digit plugged in needs to equal zero?
