I have a question...will SmartScore just drop if the one who has a higher SmartScore goes up?

Let me clarify with a *hypothetical* example...

I have a subscore that keeps on dropping. However, there is only one person who has a higher subscore than me. However, he/she is not very much active. Yet, my subscore keeps decreasing. So can others affect the decrease of my subscore even if they have lower subscores?

In short, yes. The range of scores is what makes a difference, so if the bottom score in the system is increasing or decreasing, you may see effects from that.
