\[\frac{3}{2} - \frac{1}{x-4} = -\frac{2}{2x-8}\]
\[\frac{3}{2} - \frac{1}{x-4} = -\frac{2}{2(x-4)}\]
\[\frac{3}{2} - \frac{1}{x-4} = -\frac{1}{x-4}\]
\[\frac{3}{2} = \frac{1}{x-4} -\frac{1}{x-4}\]
