Describe the differences between good and bad stress by providing at least two examples. Explain what happens when stress accumulates without being addressed. (Hint: There are both psychological and physical issues.)
we call it as Eu stress (good) and di stress (bad) eu stress acts as positive guidance to so something like when we have exam then we need some stress to draw our attention else we will get worst grade if we act careless, now di stress is something which acts negatively .....which means like if i go to interview i must be stressed (though i have never been stressed) but excessive stress that is di stress, will crush my expectation so these are the two categories of stress
