don't know the answer to number 1 because I don't know what book you are talking about. If Travis tells him directly that he is upset about Eckel's leaving the path then it's A. If he tells him in a round about way, that doesn't make sense then it's B.

Number 2 is C for sure, and Number 3 is B.
