Stuck on an algebra question! NEED HELP!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A train takes 2 1/4 hours to reach its destination while traveling at an average speed of 64 mph. The return trip is 6 miles longer because the train must use another track to turn around. However, the train is then able to maintain a faster speed. The trip home takes no more than 2 hours. What is the minimum average speed for the return trip?
