How do the structure and location of a prokaryotic chromosome differ from that of a eukaryotic chromosome?

we already touched on structure .. circular and double helical.. as for location, eukaryotes have their DNA inside a nuclear envelope, while prokaryotes lack a membrane that surrounds their genetic material, it's located in an area referred to as nucleoid
