so 2950 - 600 = 2350 $
in a year she will get 23.5% add to her money
so per month she will get :
23.5 \ 12 = 1.95%
now she will get 458.25$ added to her money
so the next month she will have to pay 8% of her money
so 2395.8 * 8 / 100
