Only someone with a brain can solve this problem: Grids of graph is not being used in these sketches of graphs. I'am still able to find the slope of each line. What method am I using?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

slope i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Draw a tangent line, complete the triangle with the angle oposite to the tangent line pi/2, take the tangent of the angle of the tangent line by dividing the vertical side by the horizontal.

ook

Well I mean, this question doesn't have anything to do with tangent lines. Just slope. The lines of the graph are straight. And the lines on the grid, (of the three questions I'am trying to solve) don't have a grid.

oh i c now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I mean, am I just increasing, and decreasing..?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the slope of the tangent line to a poin x0 is the slope of the function on that point.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can apply that to your problem for sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks man ive been trying say that in my explanation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I guess I can. Thanks.
