Find the coordinates of the midpoint of AB. A (12, -7) and B (-4, 7).
beware you are probly going to get reported ive been reported 5 times today
:O
Yup, sorry mate - you still have to work it out yourself, but there are lots of people on here who will jog you through it to find the answer :)
Hmm apparently there is a formula for this :D All you have to do is find the "average" of the two points to find the middle. Here is the forumla: \[\frac{ (x1+x2) }{ 2 },\frac{ y1+y2 }{ 2 }\] You find the answer and I'll tell you if it is correct :)
4,0?
Not quite, the four is correct, maybe trying working out the y coordinate again.
Yeah thats wer i got confused
Ooops! read it wrong
why?
you are correct :)
lol kk ty
(I read the wrong number :P)
do you know how to do this? ---> Find the midpoint of TS.. point T is (-6,2) Point S is (3,-4)
you use the same formula
i think
S0 -6+3 2-4? -3,-2?
i think your correct right @TranceNova
sounds right, but brb.. sorry getting distracted
K
Anyway, sorry about that - the phone rang - that second one is actually wrong, forgot to divide by 2 (to "average" them).
