I think it can be true event though it shoudnt be. It also says "can" not "is" meaning that its not always like that.

no when doing a research paper your basically giving information on a subject its okay to have a few opinion statements but it cant be full of them :)

Yes I agree with you but a lot of researched papers are biased even though they shouldn't be. Like media is supposed to state just facts but they are definitely biased

Thank you rachel98! If you look at the current presidential election right now a ton of the research they do is biased because that research is sponsored by that specific party so it is going to make that party look good.

Research writting is suppose to be mainly facts but it has changed in this time period.
I would say false. but I am not 100% sure.
A teacher would think false since they know it has to be full of facts. When you write a research paper you have to cite your sources.
