The grocery store sells a 25-ounce container of lemonade mix for $2.00. The wholesale club sells a 75-ounce container of the same lemonade mix for $6.75. a) Find the unit price for the lemonade mix at the grocery store. b) Find the unit price for the lemonade mix at the wholesale club. c) Where should you buy the lemonade mix if you want the better deal? Explain.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

unit price means "price per ounce" so you can find that by dividing... $2 per 25 ounces = 2 / 25 = 0.08.... so the grocery store's price for lemonade is 8 cents per ounce, or $0.08.

Can you do part (b)?
