from the table of standard normal probabilities, the nearest z-value with p-value of 0.14 (14%) is -1.08 then use the equation \[x=\mu +z \sigma \] to solve the IQ score x separating the lower 14% from the upper 86%

Like, =105+(-1.08) 14
