Can you explain answer b? "he should have regrouped both the ones and tens" Does this mean swap them places, or change the tens to what ones have? because C states this:he should have regrouped tens as hundreds. I would assume this meant change the value in the 10's position to what is in the 100's position.

im not sure about b i guess they want me to regroup both ones n tens. i think the ten need to be be regroup once u carry the 1 from 4x3
