MIT 18.06 Linear Algebra, Spring 2010 12 Online

In Problem 4.1, I managed to get the correct three matrices for calculating E. However, Event though I believe that I multiplied correctly I did not get the correct value for the lower left hand corner. I got -2 for that position and the correct value is 4. can anyone explain where I may have gone wrong?
