A mod, suspened you from your computer .. they did it for a good reason im sure and if they didnt than you can send a message to OS but im sure they had a good reason.. they know about more than you think they do.. Im guessing that  your confused on what happend so here.. if this helps that is.. A mod cought you doing something you were not supposed to and they suspened you for three hours off OS site, this means that you were baned from the site (as in you could not get on and thats why it said "can not enter").

Not sure what you're saying the problem is. Were you having trouble accessing the site *after* the 3 hours or..?
