Finding original graph given its derivative graph. (image and my work in reply)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know 3 rules to find original graph from derivative: if f' is positive, f is increasing. if f' is negative, f is decreasing. x-intercepts are where f has a horizontal tangent. So I answered what I could. I'm not sure how to figure out the rest of the answers.
