Boris is working on a construction site, building a new condominium. He takes the lift towards the top of the building (a distance of 55 m) at a speed of 1.2 m/s. Just as the list leaves the ground, his friend, Philip, accidentally drops a brick from the very top of the building. The acceleration can represented by the following equation h=55-4.9t^2. When will the falling brick pass by Boris? How far will he be from the top when he passes it? (Remember distance = speed x time)
