i need help writing a thesis statement on sex offenders ?

First find some substantial fact that relates to what you are going to talk about. Then state your opinion, but not in an "I think.." kid of way. State your opinion as a fact. Remember that when stating you opinion, as yourself "so what?" if your thesis does not answer that, then go back and add to it.
