Grade 12 Enthalpy Questions help please!

A 50.0 ml sample of water at 80 degrees celcius is mixed in calorimeter with a 50,0g sample of water at 5.0 degrees. What is the finl temp of the water? (should be 43)

Try this problem first: 50 people have $80 each, and 50 people have $5 each. They decide to pool the money and divide it up evenly. How much money does each of the 100 people have after they divvy it up evenly?

Note bene: it's less simply if either of the temperatures are less than zero. They aren't here, but just so you know.
