Rachel Carson wrote about the delicate balance of organisms in a food web. Snakeheads, a freshwater fish that is not normally found in the United States, was accidentally introduced to the Lake Eugene. As a juvenile the Snakehead would feed on zooplankton and small crustaceans.. At the juvenile stage, its predator would only be large predatory fish. Considering the food web below how would this affect the ecosystem?

wouldn't the food for the other fish be decreased since the new fish is eating most of the food in the lower parts of the chain and with only one predator.
