it can not be evaluated because any number having the Minus - sign under a root is impossible to solve!!!

That's partially true. The reason that it is impossible to solve is because the root is even. If the 6 was a 7, then the answer could be solved (it wouldn't be pretty) because the last multiple would make it negative again. So yes, in this it can't be done. But not all negatives under the radical can't be solved.

noo if it was 6th root of positive 18 then answer would have been 1.62
