Write the equation of a line parallel to the line 2x + 3y = 5 and passes through the point (9, -3)?

y =-2/3x + 11

Explanation of what I did: took the original equation and set it into y = mx +b form --> 3y = -2x + 5, solved to get y --> y = -2/3x +5. Slope is the same with parallel lines and solve to get a new b, b is your answer
