Hopefully, it is painfully obvious that the MINIMUM value is zero (0) at x = 5. You tell e why. What's your plan for finding the Maximum?

I tried using the product rule to find the derivative of the equation but it doesn't seem to be working out

This seems to be only because it is so tedious. Multiply it out. It's just two binomials. You can add the last 'x' without much problem. You didn't respond to the "Minimum" question. Do yo see that?
