16 over the quantity x minus 9, x ≠ 1, 8, 9

16 over the quantity x plus 8, x ≠ −8, 1, 8

the quantity 16 times x minus 65 all over x squared minus 9 times x plus 8, x ≠ −8, −1

the quantity 16 times x minus 65 all over x squared minus 9 times x plus 8, x ≠ 1, 8
