OpenStudy (ash2326):
\[x^2<100\]
Subtract both sides by 100
\[x^2-100<0\]
Could you factor the left side @Bweezy5
OpenStudy (anonymous):
\[x ^{2}<100\]
\[x<\pm \sqrt{100}\]
then when you find the answer...draw a quadratic graph...and find the value of x that satisfy the inequality
OpenStudy (anonymous):
oh wait it has different answers it says
A. 6
B. 101
C. 104
D.100
E. 9
F. no solution
OpenStudy (ash2326):
We have to find the values of x which satisfies the equation
\[x^2<100\]
Pretty easy :D
Just plugin each option and check if the equation is true
OpenStudy (ash2326):
@Bweezy5 Can you try that?
