OpenStudy (lukebluefive):

Are you asking for the total surface area or total volume?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

total surface area

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is 304

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

The formula is 2(Base area) + perimeter of the base multiplied by height. formula of total area of right trapezoidal prism

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

right @jiteshmeghwal9

OpenStudy (mayankdevnani):

ok @janett77

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

right

OpenStudy (lukebluefive):

The top, bottom, and lateral sides are easiest to calculate right off the bat: \[Top = 6 \times 7 = 42\] \[Bottom = 7 \times 12 = 84\] \[Side = 5 \times 7 = 35\] \[Trapzoid = \frac{1}{2} \times 4 \times (6 + 12) = 2 \times 18 = 36\] Summing: \[Top + Bottom + 2 \times Side + 2 \times Trapezoid = 42 + 84 + 70 + 72 = 268\]

thank you all
