need help with simple anti-derivative :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Find the antiderivative of \[\frac{ 3-2xe^x }{ x }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know that the antiderivative of x^-1 is ln(x), but I'm kind of confused. Our teacher didn't go over antiderivatives for when it's a fraction. I know that I should probably look at the fraction in a different way but I'm not sure how.
