Any problem any user / new user might face in OpenStudy . They help you out , they are like your best friends and also your guide.

An ambassador has two folds. The first is related to being a diplomat for a country as a representative. The other is a representative for a specific initiative or movement. An ambassador may help, but their duty lies in diplomatic agendas. Helping people and enforcing standards would fall under customer service and enforcement and compliance.
