Take the advice of my math teacher: 1) Be able to explain to a little child in a way that child can understand it. 2) Be as familiar with the material as you are with the face of a friend, or as familiar as you are with your own hand. 3) No excuses. Go to the library borrow some books and work on the problems until you understand them. (No kidding, he really says this to us.)
